I am a mobile developer primarily working with Flutter. Some things about me:

• I grew up in Böblingen, Baden-Württemberg
• Studied at DHBW Stuttgart Business Informatics and at IU Internationale Hochschule Software Development
• In my early career I cofounded SipTogether (later Vamos) which later got sold to Jodel and worked there as a mobile developer and product manager
• Later on I joined AppAkademie as a lecturer for mobile development and Baddeldaddel as a mobile developer
• Now I work primarily as a freelance mobile developer, doing (mostly) mobile development for various clients (my last one: Ryze)
• I also volunteer on Pola, a mobile app that helps shoppers make informed grocery choices by checking where products come from and whether they support Polish producers

I believe that the current incumbent era of mobile applications is slowly dying out, and that the future of the (mobile) interface is more dynamic, decentralized and built on top of agentic behaviour. My interest in that area culminated in my bachelor thesis in 2025 where I prototyped a locally executed iOS Agent system with MLX and On-Device SLMs. Now, in my free time, I am working on a new project that aims to bring this agentic approach to mobile development without sacrificing the privacy of the user.
